3.Freehold business purchase. Up to 85% of the purchase price. 100%
if you have additional security to offer. Interest rate from 1%
above base bank rate. Up to 12 months capital and interest holiday
(a great way to start your business).
4.Freehold business refinance. We may be able to arrange a new low
cost loan to repay your existing loan and release capital.
Note If you have adverse credit we can still assist in both
leasehold and freehold purchases or refinance.
5.Development Finance. Very competitive terms available, up to 100%
of land purchase price and up to 85% build finance.
6.Bridging Finance. Competitive rates with an offer within days.
7.Re mortgage Domestic property. Through our associate company.

8.Secured loans. £25,000 - £100,000. Funds can be used for any
purpose. Adverse credit accepted.
9.How long does it take to get the loan? If we have all the
